Delivery / Cancellation Policy

For Attica delivery is free. For cash on delivery transactions there will be an additional charge of € 3

For the rest of Greece Delivery is free for purchases over 180 €. For purchases under 180 € the transport cost is 3.00 € up to 2 kg and 1.80 € for each additional kilo. For cash on delivery transactions will be an additional 3 €

For Cyprus, with delivery within 7 working days, delivery is free for purchases over 250 €. For purchases under € 250 the shipping cost is € 8.00 up to 5 kg. For cash on delivery transactions will be an additional 3 €

For shipment abroad, with delivery within 5 - 12 working days depending on the country, delivery is free for purchases over 350 €. For purchases under 350 € the transport cost is 10,00 € up to 2 kg. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to € 1.50. 

RETURNS / CANCELLATION POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase of the product without the obligation to state the reasons for the return, provided that the packaging and the product are intact. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The refund will be sent to a bank account (National, Alpha, Piraeus or Eurobank) that you will indicate to us within 10 days of returning the returned product.
