Pantanassa Monastery is in Mystras. It is the last church that was built in Mystras under the walls of Epano Polis. Holds a prominent position, in the center of the eastern slope.
It is the only monastery in this archeological site which is still permanently inhabited . It is inhabited by nuns who provide accommodation for pilgrims .
